Rentiqa 1.0 is ready for public pilot launch.

Rentiqa is an AI-first, mobile-first, compliance-first property management system for the Kenyan rental market. The 1.0 launch focuses on the daily work that matters first: collecting rent, reconciling M-Pesa and bank payments, communicating with tenants, producing receipts, preparing eTIMS-ready invoice data, and sending owner reports.

We chose a narrow wedge deliberately. Property teams do not need another generic database; they need a dependable rent operations system that respects approval trails, audit logs, reversibility, and Kenyan communication norms.

The first launch cohort is five pilot property managers. Their feedback will shape the onboarding experience, AI proposal quality, M-Pesa reconciliation, and owner statement workflow before wider commercial rollout.
