Rentiqa processes property, lease, payment, communication, support, analytics, and audit data to provide rent operations software. For the public product, Rentiqa acts as controller for account, billing, analytics, and support data, and as processor where property managers upload tenant and owner records.

Product analytics are configured to avoid intentional PII capture. Marketing cookies and analytics only run after consent where required.

Data subjects can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or objection through the DSAR request form.
